1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Blue Valley Junk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Platform

Blue Valley Junk is a marketplace that connects customers seeking junk removal services with independent haulers. We are not a junk removal company. We do not employ haulers, and we do not perform junk removal services. We provide the technology platform to facilitate these connections.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate job descriptions and locations. You must be available at the scheduled time for the hauler to complete the work. You must release payment promptly after satisfactory completion of work.

5. Hauler Responsibilities

Haulers must provide accurate business information and maintain any required licenses and insurance. You must honor accepted bids and show up at scheduled times. You are responsible for proper disposal of removed items in compliance with local regulations.

6. Payments and Fees

Customer payments are held in escrow until job completion is confirmed. Blue Valley Junk charges haulers a 20% commission on completed jobs. Commissions are deducted automatically before funds are transferred. Refunds and disputes are handled per our dispute resolution process.

7. Escrow and Dispute Resolution

Payments are held in escrow to protect both parties. Either party may file a dispute within the escrow period. Both parties have 72 hours to submit evidence. Our admin team reviews all evidence and makes a binding decision, which may include full refund, full release to hauler, or a split resolution.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not circumvent the platform to avoid fees, submit false reviews, harass other users, post fraudulent listings, or use the platform for illegal activities. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blue Valley Junk is not liable for the actions of haulers or customers. We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by haulers. Our liability is limited to the fees collected by the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
