Nothing. Posting a job on Blue Valley Junk is completely free. You only pay when you accept a hauler's bid and the work is completed.
Every hauler goes through an approval process before they can bid on jobs. You can also check their reviews, ratings, photos of past work, and how long they've been on the platform.
Your payment is held in escrow until you confirm the job is done. If there's an issue, you can file a dispute and our team will review the evidence from both sides and make a fair decision.
When you accept a bid, your payment is authorized and held securely. The hauler only receives the money after you confirm the job is complete. If there's a problem, we handle it through our dispute process.
Yes, you can cancel an open job at any time before accepting a bid. If you've already accepted a bid, contact the hauler to discuss rescheduling or cancellation.
Click 'Become a Hauler' and complete the 3-step registration. Our team will review your application (usually within 24 hours) and you'll be notified when approved.
There's no signup fee, no monthly fee, and no subscription. We charge a 20% commission on completed jobs, taken automatically when payment is released.
You connect your bank account through Stripe during onboarding. When a customer releases payment after a completed job, your earnings (minus the 20% commission) are deposited directly to your bank.
Absolutely. You browse available jobs, filter by location and type, and only bid on the ones you want. You set your own prices and schedule.
You'll have the opportunity to submit evidence (photos, messages, receipts). Our admin team reviews evidence from both sides before making a decision. We protect honest haulers.
We currently serve Roanoke, Salem, Rocky Mount, Vinton, Christiansburg, Blacksburg, Bedford, and Lynchburg in Virginia.
